song comment for Ray Kepel

How crazy is it that I stumbled across this on this particular weekend of all weekends? It's wonderful to hear his voice again. The cassette tape I had of him was ruined. Thank you for sharing Ken. - enid 09/02/13

Wow is right. I had not met Raymond myself, but have heard such wonderful stories about what a beautiful person and giften artist he was. I have never heard this song either, but after listening, i know that he is singing for the angels, what an amazing voice. I have to say this does make my heart hurt for my amazing husband, Ray's brother, and all of the loving family. Mr. Landry, thanks a million, this is a very, very special gift to the family. Oh wow this just brought tears to my eyes.. Raymond is my uncle and I used to have a cassette tape with this song on it when I was a kid that sadly got lost in all my years of moving around the country... To this day when I miss him or my late father and Oma or if I've just had a tough day I take a nice long shower and sing this song to the top of my lungs when no one is home to remind myself of happy memories when we were all together. This was wonderful and tough to hear again.. The only person I've ever let intentionally hear me sing this song was my dad Tony Aveling Sr. ... The last time I sang it to him was after being awakened by a dream about Raymond and my Dad going for a walk..I got out of bed and sang it for my dad in a message by phone..it was just under two weeks before he passed.... So thank you for posting this....lol so nice to hear it again in Raymonds voice... I don't do it any justice... :) - Lisa Aveling 01/02/12

Raymond was my uncle. I've heard stories about this song but hadn't heard it until tonight. Today is my birthday and I think this is the best gift I could've received today! Thank you :) ((As I sit here crying very happy tears...)) - Lora 01/02/12
